Surfside Estates

Surfside Estates on Potrero Beach is an 842 lot (and expanding) beachfront subdivision of titled properties.

Located in the popular Flamingo/Potrero beach area of Guanacaste Province, this mainly North American development is unique in Costa Rica. Surfside is within minutes of "Playas" Sugar Beach, Prieta Beach, Penca Beach, Flamingo Beach, Conchal Beach and a 20 minute drive from Playa Grande and Playa Tamarindo.

Surfside is within easy road access to the Liberia International airport (45 min), Tamarindo (20 min), Playa Grande (20 min) and Playa del Coco (60 min) or 30 min. in the adventurous Monkey Trail. The golf courses of Melia Conchal (10 min), Pinilla (45 min) and Papagayo (50 min) are first class. Local area sportfishing is world class for Marlin and Sailfish, in addition to fabulous local dive spots.

In addition to the regular Surfside Estates lots, there is the ongoing development of an additional 48 larger, gated, guarded and secure lots known as "Surfside North". This new section of Surfside will provide lot sizes in the 625 sq. meter range to allow for the construction of larger, quality homes on single lots.

The single gated and guarded access to Surfside North will provide a more secure environment.
